Port Team of the SGL 1961 – 2011

The Port Football Club will be announcing the Port team of the SGL from 1961 – 2011 at a formal function at the Club on the 13th August 2011.
Tickets may not be available to the public if the demand from those selected in the team books out the announcement. 
The Club sees this as a great way to honour our achievers in the Spencer Gulf Football League as we celebrate the 50th birthday of the SGL.
The main criteria to be eligible was to have played for a minimum of three years with the emphasis being on selecting a balanced team. A panel of ten with eight of these selecting sides had the task of picking the side with ten players being unanimous selections.
The Club has picked a number of support staff in recognition of their outstanding service.
