Acting on an initiative of the Port Football Club Past Players & Officials Association the Club has introduced guernsey presentations to League players making their debut by former past players. The Clubs only living Hall of Fame Legend Peter Murphy presented the six league debutants with their guernsey before the game against South Augusta on the 28th April 2012.
