Police Checks
The Port Football & Community Sporting Club will on the 26th June 2012 from 5.00pm be processing Police checks for our coaches and football volunteers.
This will occur at the Club and Geoff Brock as a JP will
- – Witness your signature on your application form
- – Certify your 100 points of identification
- – Complete the authorisation section on the application form.
If you are involved as a football volunteer at the Club a police check is compulsory.
Forms are available to pick up at the Club. The Club will have available on the night a photocopier to allow the copying of your original 100 points of identification.
